The living area centers around a minimalist steel-clad gas fireplace anchored by a charcoal granite hearth that extends into a media console. Furnishings are low-slung yet inviting with a dove gray upholstered sofa complemented by charcoal-framed armchairs and a black-stained oak cocktail table.
