Dr. Wael Aboneama was invited by the Engineering consultant Group to design this mega project (with a budget of three billion Egyptian pounds) after rejecting their proposals from the Marseilia group. Hayat Alex Park has a four-stars hotel as one of its functions. It should be separated from other functions beside it will be part of the whole project mass. Dr. Wael presented this concept that won the first prize against all competitors. The architecture concept and design development stages of this project are done by Wael Aboneama. After the failure of the structural engineer assigned by the Engineering group, the contract moved to the Sabour office by keeping the architecture concept done by Dr. Wael without any changes. The Hayat Alex Park project was the biggest challenge for the Marsilieia company due to the company's desire for the new project to be a pioneering project in real estate projects in Alexandria Governorate. The cost of the whole project is 3 billion pounds, and it will consist of 1000 housing units, a commercial office, a 4-star hotel, an administrative center, and a social club.
