The hospitality developer in Jeddah intends to construct a luxury apartment building as an extension to its duplex housing compound. They want to build a residential apartment building of various sizes and to be reasonably spacious, a high-quality hotel class apartments up to 4-star rating to focus on the need of Jeddah market demand. The building consists of reasonably spacious high-quality hotel class apartments (up to 4 stars rating) of different configurations. The Building permit is for the following: A total (44) apartments, divided into: • (30) Type (B) with double bedrooms with ratio 68.2%, • (7) Type (A) with a single bedroom with a ratio of 15.9%, • (7) Type (C) with triple bedrooms with a ratio of 15.9%. The design is flexible enough to modify the above ratios for all apartment types because of the use of a structural module that allows for any modifications of type ratios even after finishing building construction with a minimal change in the intermediate walls between type (A) and type.
