QIB intends to construct a luxury apartment building. The building consists of reasonably spacious high quality hotel class apartments including building and tenant facilities such as ;Swimming pool, Gym, Sauna, Massage & Jacuzzi, Kindergarten, Inner kids playground. The appartments have different configurations. The Building permit is for the following: (Ground floor for retail use as separate tenants and apartment entrance Hallway (Reception) including security, information desk, Management and accounting offices, Lift, Swimming Pool, Paddling Pool for children, Swimming pool, Gym, Sauna, Massage & Jacuzzi, Kindergarten, Inner kids playground. Parking space will be the underground basement with total plot area for car park. Also the set-back in the road level will be used as a car park as illustrated in the layout drawing. The design is flexible enough to modify the ratios for all apartment types. This flexibility is a reason of a structural module that allows for any modifications of type ratios even after finishing building construction with a minimal changes in the intermediate walls between all types.
