It was limited competition, and this design was the second design proposed by Dr. Wael Aboneama after two months from first one. The client required from each competitor two different ideas. The scope is to develop a new contemporary design for Qwec Towers the main vital center Point of Lusail city to be the new landmark point, with a plot area of 25,120 m2. Which based on the client's vision, message, and purpose. The project site is unique for its location in one of the most prestigious districts of Doha, near the marina district, and its only 30 min from Hamad International Airport. A Luxurious, high-end commercial project with flexible multiple office spaces, a visitor center, and a multi-story car park all designed to meet the client's vision and needs.
